Have You Seen Rita? is a fun scavenger-based contest, featuring our literacy mannequin Rita DeBook, that focuses on the multiple facets of literacy, its impact on our daily lives and the benefits of a strong literacy culture in our community. This year we are expanding the contest to the Elgin-Middlesex-Oxford area and have more prizes than ever. Our theme this year highlights health literacy, digital literacy, financial literacy, informational literacy and workplace literacy.
